Standard CD-Screen columns
Standard CD-Screen columns are packed with 4-nitrophenylcarbamidesilyl silica gel and use a (4-nitrophenyl)urea selector. They are intended for analytical work involving parent cyclodextrins, degradation products, residual parent cyclodextrins in derivatives, statistically substituted derivative distributions and cyclodextrin-containing drug formulations.
CD-Screen-IEC
CD-Screen-IEC is the specialized member of the range developed for ionic cyclodextrin derivatives. It is particularly relevant to SBECD studies where a method may be developed for component distribution, degree of substitution and selected impurities such as BCD, HBSA and DBSA.
